Hornsby Medical Practice is committed to delivering detailed and comprehensive patient care which is only made possible by a mixed billing structure. This allows our mode of consultation to be personalised and caring for each patient. To allow our practice to be sustainable and continue delivering high-quality patient care. Our practitioners ultimately determine fees based on duration of visit, complexity and other factors. Bulk Billing is only available only at the discretion of the treating Doctor. Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, cheque or credit / debit card.
We lodge your claim directly with Medicare for you so you will receive the rebate into your bank account immediately.
For all repeat scripts and referrals requested over the phone standard fees apply. You must have seen your Doctor in the past 3 months otherwise it is best to book a face to face consultation.
There are separate fees for medical consumables such as dressings and travel vaccines.
We also can supply travel vaccines for all your travel needs and non government funded vaccines. Enquire for pricing.
