Wishing everyone a wonderful Festive Season and a Peaceful New Year.  We will be closed from Wednesday 25th reopening Friday 27th 8am.  Closed New Years Day Wednesday the 1st January 2020 reopening 2nd January 2020.   Happy New Year to all.

We are located on the Ground Floor 3/26 Florence Street Hornsby next to the Westpac Bank and In the Pic Picture Framers. 

We are not in the Westfield Centre.

 As a private medical practice all Doctors in this practice will be happy to attend to your medical needs.  We also offer the convenience of being able to choose a Doctor of your choice on any day they are available.

Hornsby Medical Practice is open from Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm. After Hours is covered by National Home Doctors Service Ph 137425.

Hornsby Medical Practice is accredited by GPA and has maintained this high standard of health care for over 12 years. 

We are convienently located within walking distance of the Hornsby Westfield Shopping Centre.
