We will be closed 25/4/24 for Anzac Day and reopening 8am 26/4/24.

At Hornsby Medical Practice you can expect to see Doctors who are committed to providing high quality healthcare to you and your family. All our Doctors are trained in dealing with a broad range of health problems. Our Doctors regularly attend educational meetings and conferences so they can provide you with the best healthcare possible.

As a private medical practice all Doctors in this practice will be happy to attend to your medical needs.  We also offer the convenience of being able to choose a Doctor of your choice on any day they are available.

Hornsby Medical Practice is open from Monday to Friday from 8am – 6pm. After Hours is covered by National Home Doctors Service Ph 137425.

Hornsby Medical Practice is accredited by AGPAL and has maintained this high standard of health care for over 15 years.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of the Hornsby Westfield Shopping Centre.

Announcements

Flu vaccination 2024 is now available.  The Government will supply the Fluvax free to over 65 years or those with chronic health conditions and for children under 5 years.

We are located on the Ground Floor 3/26 Florence Street Hornsby next to the Westpac Bank and In the Pic Picture Framers.
We are not in the Westfield Centre.

  • You have been in close contact with a confirmed case of Covid – 19
  • You are awaiting Covid results and are self isolating
  • Please call the practice or make an online booking for a Telehealth Consultation.

You must be a regular patient and have seen a doctor at the practice within the last 12 months.

If the symptoms you are experiencing are severe and you are feeling very unwell,
